We feel bad that you used your own paper towels, bath towels and toilet paper, there was plenty there in the home for you to use. We would love to have you visit us again we love renters like you and the way you took care of the home.

Thank you for the 5 star rating on your review. We take great pride in the home and take extra measures to clean and disinfect the home after every guest. You mentioned that the bathrooms were not as clean as you would have liked. The home is 20 years old and some of the things in the bathrooms are starting to look a little old with stains, such as the sink in the master bathroom has a little stain in the bottom that can not be removed. The counter top is still in great condition. The faucet is new and is perfect. The bathtub faucet however is old and has water stains that we have tried to remove with everything possible with no success, Heber has very hard water, but it is has been cleaned. We have been wanting to replace it but just haven't taken the time, now we will. Because of the hard water, we have to use a pumice stone to clean the toilets. But they have been CLEANED with a disinfectant cleaner after every guest. As far as a keyless entry, we used to have a locked key box but they are not secure. When people need to check in late we give them the garage door code and the back door to the house is unlocked. We have had many guests do that. Most people can plan their schedule ahead of time so they can be there at 4:00. If we know ahead of time, not just an hour or two, we can make arrangements to enter the house. We like to meet our guests because we have found that when we meet them they take better care of the home. This is more than just a rental, we have had many comments about how it feels very homey not a cold rental. We know that many are satisfied with the home because we have several repeat groups that come year after year.

We appreciate you reviewing your stay in our home in Heber. Just a note to explain some of the items you mentioned. We are sorry that you did not have enough towels. We provide 12 bath towels and we provide a hand towel in each bathroom. We feel that is enough for most guests, we don't provide more because, in the past, we have had towels taken from the home. Also we used to put more toilet paper out but we had the same problem with toilet paper being taken. We don't like to use a lock box because we have had lock boxes broken into. We are glad you enjoyed your stay in the Heber valley.
