Oöverträffad lyxigt fritidshus vid Little Red River

Kom och koppla av och gör livsminnen på Chateau on the Little Red, ett 4 292 kvadratmeter lyxigt fritidshus beläget på den hisnande vackra Little Red River i Heber Springs, Arkansas. Chateau designades av den kända Arkansas Arkitekten Eugene Pfeifer Levy. Det är arkitektoniska detaljer inkluderande höjdtak, massiva fönster, synliga balkar och fantastiska tallriksgolv.

Chateau har palatiala levande områden med spektakulär utsikt över floden. Tre sovrum ligger nedervåningen, alla med utsikt över floden. Ett stort fjärde sovrum / våningssäng rum ligger på andra våningen. Chateaus huvudkök är en gourmetkockens glädje. Chateau inkluderar emellertid också ett komplett andra kök och två stora samlingsrum, alla med en egen öppen spis.

Det finns en stor skärmad veranda och ett enormt däck för att njuta av utsikten över floden och koppla av utomhus. Det nedre däck och den privata båtbryggan erbjuder ännu mer intim utsikt över Little Red River.

Chateauens grunder är inget annat än spektakulära. Gästerna kommer in på marken via en privat gated ingång, vacker landskapsarkitektur, stenvägar, och en stor fontän kompletterar Chateau frodiga miljö. och en privat båtbrygga. Little Red River erbjuder öringfiske i världsklass. I maj 1992 fångades världsrekordet för en öring (40 pund, 4 uns) i närheten.

Medan Chateau är en fiskares dröm, är det mycket, mycket mer. This is our 3rd holiday family get together to this beautiful home. It won’t be our last! It has lots of room, even a second kitchen area which is great for cooking a large meal. The house has everything you could need. It’s right on the river with its own boat dock. Margo, the host, is great! She is very accommodating and informative.

Beautiful home on the Little Red River. We had 4 couples and everyone was very comfortable. All the comforts of home were provided. Fishing right off the private dock was excellent, we brought 2 kayaks and a boat and kept them right at the dock. Would definitely go again

Margo was incredibly helpful accommodating our family for Labor Day weekend. The house is just beautiful with plenty of space. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed the canoe with the kids several times. Highly recommend the chateau!

We had the most amazing stay at the Chateau on the Little Red River! The spacious kitchen and large dining table were perfect for gathering our entire family — so many wonderful memories were made there.The dock quickly became a family favorite. My brother and niece practically had to be dragged away because they wanted to spend every second out there trying to catch those beautiful rainbow trout. The peaceful setting and stunning river views made it the perfect escape.This place was absolute heaven, and we enjoyed every single moment. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us — we can’t wait to come back!

Five day fishing trip with kids

The property was great. Nice location , boat dock was very convenient. The house was clean and spacious. We did have an issue checking in. The doors were locked so we had to contact VRBO because we could not get in touch with the owners. It was an honest mistake but kind of a bummer after 10 hours of travel and groceries in the vehicle. Another suggestion would be for the closets to have some hangers for cloths. The closet was spacious but without hangers so we could not hang anything. A little more shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper would have also been nice. We were there for five nights so we had to go buy some more of these things. Not terrible but it would have been nice. The property was great and convenient for all of us so these minor things would not deter me from renting it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chateau. It was a very well equipped home with anything you might need in any way. Plenty of space in and out whether you wanted to be together or needed some quiet time for yourself. Having the dock and access to the canoe was also nice. Above all the home was immaculate and the beds were comfortable.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Our host’s communication was excellent and the house was in clean condition when we arrived. We loved the accessibility of the boat doc, which allowed us to get a lot of fishing in, although we probably been more successful if the dam was generating less. The house probably needs a couple of updates. The top oven is not working properly, the sink sprayer has no water pressure, and the TV in the living room is probably on it’s last leg (freezing up, controls not working correctly, etc.).

Still the BEST!

This was our second Christmas in a row to stay at The Chateau. Last year was a 5-star review and this year’s stay is another 5-star stay. I guess that makes The Chateau a guaranteed 10! You cannot ask for nor expect a better place to stay while visiting the Central Arkansas area. Some details: easily found using the given directions or by plugging the address into your phones mapping app, tons of parking space for family and guests, huge spaces to get together or get away to relax, 2 awesome kitchens, upstairs area is great for kids or teens, wrap-around deck for enjoying the sights and sounds of the river, outdoor fire pits for those that love sitting by a campfire, and a boat dock that you can launch from or just fish and relax. Margo, we will see you guys again! Thanks for making our Christmas a true blessing!

Perfect Down Time

Great retreat space for our family to cook together, play games, fish, hike and spread out for quiet time. Your kitchen space and equipment is beyond excellent. In our opinion it sleeps 10 comfortably in beds. The two pull out beds upstairs are only single beds and need replacing with something else. Two single murphy beds in the second kitchen/ living area would be great.

Little Red Getaway

This is a stunning house in a great location. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a ton of space. The hosts are super communicative and even went out of their way to let us know that the Northern Lights were viewable when we were there. The owners clearly take pride in their house and it was a joy to utilize all of the thoughtful amenities.
