“This is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. If you’re thinking about staying here I would recommend you to reconsider. Our room hadn’t been cleaned. When we immediately talked to the reception about that they sent some kind of manager who just wiped the kitchen counter. But the crumbles all over the floor and the dirty bath tub wasn’t taken care of. We complained about this lack of cleaning two times after that and all they did was to make the bed, 24 hours after we checked in. ”

“The Internet was slow as a snail. The tv programs were worthless unless you like infomercials. It was freezing inside and no heater. The lady at the front desk needs some people skills. Maybe smile. No thanks.”

“As you approach the property you see an unkept yard with broken down vehicles. Our luxury studio had large trash cans in front and 2 rusty boats. Our view from the room faced a cluttered backyard with a rusty tractor, railroad tracks, then the beautiful lake. We walked around the studios to try to get to the lake abd found more broken down vehicles and more non landscaped land. Behind our slay bed was a wall of spider webs. “Shower curtain and rod in the shower need replacement. Told the stuff who are the owner, told us they would pass in on to someone else. They did not take me seriously. I know they are not going to fix it. Also are room keys did not work for us to get into our room. Took them back to the office and they rekeyed them two times in the pooring rain. “It was easy to locate, I received great communication from the property, definitely dog friendly, unique and interesting furnishings throughout the property. It’s such a peaceful and quiet place. We had a great time there—truly getting away from city life. ”
