"Plus: Good size room, great air conditioning and good that you could exchange cleaning the room for wine, soda or beer. Practical that you could fill your water bottle in the machines on each floor. And the shower door was a bit odd, you had to open the door to the bathroom in order to be able to get in to the shower since the space was very small. Great location and close to tram and subway and restaurants. Negative: Breakfast was good but a lot of times they ran out of things, as the fruits and some of the jams for example. It also would have been nice with fruit yoghurt. We had to leave early in the morning the day of departure but it took almost 15 minutes of arguing with the staff abouth that we couldn't pick our own breakfast for takeaway, on the contrary of what another person in the staff informed us 2 days earlier. The staff on departure day said we should have to tell the reception the day before and then the staff would prepare a takeaway box. Could have saved us some distress if the staff communicated better with each other and meet the guests request."

"Personalen toppen, rummen tråkiga men ändå ok. Hotellet ligger inte så centralt som beskrivs. Och viss mat i restaurangen är hemsk. Borde inte kalla sig restaurang. Frukosten helt ok. Överlag ändå ok."
