Detached thatched cottage for 4 people with a garden (approx. 550 m²) in a small bungalow park in a wooded area between Deventer and Raalte, near the Sallandse Heuvelrug. It’s a wonderful area for cycling, often on dedicated bike paths.

The cottage was recently completed and newly furnished.
We have availability from February through approximately April 2023.

The patio enjoys a perfect southwestern exposure.

The home is located in a quiet spot near the back of the park.

The detached home is surrounded by a spacious garden of approximately 550 m² that offers plenty of privacy.
In the garden, there is a shed containing two bicycles, a BBQ, patio furniture, etc.
A robotic lawn mower and an automatic sprinkler system take care of the garden.
There is a trampoline for the children.

This is a smaller bedroom with two separate 90x200 single box-spring beds.
The beds are equipped with a comfortable mattress topper and an all-season comforter.
This bedroom has a wardrobe and a small desk.
