âThis is a âmust stay and relaxâ type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! â

âWe booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! Check in was easy as well, parking was free, breakfast was yummy and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints!
It's also a good mid point for Interlaken and Grindewald â
âI usually try to stay close to whatever transport hub Iâm using. But the were no rooms available in Interlaken, so I had to look further afield and happened upon a gem I would never have expected to find. Set on the mountain side with a view of Lake Thun and the Jungfrau mountains right there in front of your own private balcony. An amazing view. The room was compact but very clean. My only quibble was that bed had a footboard which is always a problem for tall people. The bus stop is right...

âUnderbart historiskt litet hotell i Kiental. Vi bokade kort inpĂ„ men hade verkligen en toppen vistelse. NĂ€r regnet kom lĂ„g vi i jacuzzin och blickade ut över bergstopparna. HĂ€r hade jag kunnat spendera nĂ„n vecka bara för att ladda batterierna!â
âThe place is located directly next to the trainstation so very convenient to reach. The building and rooms are new and in great shape. Breakfast was very good and had a good variety.â
âWhile the room and building was full of character and history, it was also well-equipped with plenty of space and storage for travellers. The common room for guests had snacks, tea, and coffee, as well as a large fridge. The location is great, a few minutes walk to Interlaken West station and very close to a convenience store. There's a bakery just next to the building and the Interlaken Flagship shop is just down the road.â

âWent as a couple and stayed for 10 days. Thought the sound of the church-bells just outside our window would be a problem at night, but we stopped noticing after one night.
The lady in the breakfast room was so sweet and helpful, serving the best bread, and there were a big variety of breakfast to choose from.
The hotel is placed around a 30 minute walk outside of central Interlaken, and if you like cats, you're gonna love it here!â
