Nestled right on the Butternut Creek, Frada's Nest is the epitome of cozy elegance. Whether you want to hunker down and relax or explore the many shops and restaurants within walking distance, this cabin is perfect for you. Sit on the back porch, and listen to the babbling creek and take in all that Mountain Luxury has to offer.

There are 3 cottages all on an acre lot and conveniently located right in town, but yet secluded and hidden on the babbly Butternut Creek. vaulted ceiling, large private loft/bedroom and a another spacious bedroom on the main floor. open floor plan with Barn doors, granite, quartz, and beautifully decorated with high end furnishing and linens. You will find attention to detail at every turn. On the back deck you are just steps away from the beautiful babbly Butternut Creek with a propane grill and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs that will let you experience the sounds of the creek as you relax with friends and family. Rent one or rent all three and gather with friends and family.

The creek out back is my happy place. Made anything else disappear. Rochelle was super responsive during our stay. We made a full breakfast and everything we needed was in the kitchen. They even left us some S’mores to make over the fire pit outside.Thank you! Thank you!

Oh My Gosh this was one terrific cabin we stayed in for a week. The amenities were above and beyond. The kitchen fully stocked! They had a coffee bar full of coffee and creamers would you like S’mores at the fire pit? They had the fixings. Bathroom had lots of towels and wash clothes. They also provided soap and shampoo. The host was so communicative. You will have no problems getting in touch with her!

This was our first Vrbo experience and we were blown away by all aspects of our cottage! The host was quick to respond to any query. The property was thoughtfully and tastefully appointed with little extras everywhere. Umbrellas, flashlight, S’mores fixin’s, phone chargers, storage bags for leftovers, all available in case we had forgotten to pack our own. With 2 smart TVs, we were able to get all of our streaming services. It will be hard for any other property we might choose in the future to meet these standards. Be sure to follow the host’s driving directions rather than your GPS.

Perfect Creekside Getaway for Families with Young Kids!

We recently stayed at this beautiful rental cottage on the creek and it was the perfect escape for our family, especially with three energetic young boys! From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by nature, with the peaceful sounds of the creek right in the backyard.The home itself was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking family meals, and the living space was cozy with plenty of room for everyone to relax after a day of adventure. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Rochelle was a very attentive & helpful to us. She was very responsive when we had questions. The real highlight, though, was the outdoor space. Our boys spent hours playing in the shallow creek, skipping rocks, racing toy boats and exploring the wooded area. There was a fire pit for roasting marshmallows in the evenings. The location was also great—short walk/drive to grocery stores & shops, close enough to hiking trails, waterfalls, and charming small towns to explore during the day.If you’re looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway in North Georgia, this rental is a fantastic choice. We made so many great memories here, and our boys are already asking when we can come back! Highly recommend.

Great Vacation!

Enjoyed my stay at the Creekside Cottages--Frada's Nest. The cottage was well maintained, very clean. Rochelle was very quick to respond, especially when I had concerns about the road and weather conditions post hurricane Helene. Cottage located conveniently to various restaurants and retail stores making very easy to navigate around the area. Would absolutely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Frada's Nest. There were many unanticipated bonuses. Such as being so close to shopping while at the same time having nature right out the back door. The walks along the stream toward the dog park and all the activities in the nearby Farmer's Market were great.

Came here for my birthday weekend to get away in north Georgia. Loved the interior of the cabin and being right next to the creek was very relaxing. Also being next to the grocery store made it a super convenient stay. Would definitely come back.

Clean, Cozy & Convenient

We had a very nice stay. Came to visit Mom at the UCNH which was only 3 minutes away. The cabin was very clean and nicely decorated, including quality soaps, towels, and more. The convenient location made it easy to get around town and beyond.

Scottish Festival and Games

These cabins and the owners are extra special! The interiors are beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you will need. Walk to an Aldi's across the street or a rib restaurant next door, but step into the gorgeous and private back yard living spaces by the creek and you will feel worlds away. Rochelle's gift of hospitality is evident as you drive into the parking area. Highly recommend!

Cold Mountain

We stayed 2 nights at Creekside Cottages for our granddaughter's baptism in Blairsville. What a special place--woods and creek on the backside and town on the front side. Close to both nature and the city. And you can't hear any city noises inside. What a great location. The owner was very gracious and inviting. Loved it even though the temperature outside was 19 degrees and windy. Warm inside.

Cozy Retreat by the Creek

My wife and I spent one night here as the last stop of our anniversary trip. Rochelle was such a great hostess and communicated every detail to us that we needed. The cottage is exactly as pictured on the listing. We loved our quiet night and morning sitting out by the creek and enjoying the fire pit. I highly recommend you stay at one of these cottages!
