Detta fritidshus i split level är perfekt för familjer med planer på att tillbringa större delen av sin tid i floden eller vid vattenparken. Ligger bakom Cool River Tubing Water Park och inom gångavstånd till centrala Helen! Ljuset fyller detta hem genom fönster från golv till tak med utsikt över floden Chattahoochee. Sitt på bakdäck och lyssna på vattenflödet förbi. Kok upp en middag på gasgrillen, vi tillhandahåller propan!

Koppla av på lädermöblerna och njut av platt-TV i vardagsrummet med gratis WiFi-anslutning. Köket och vardagsrummet är öppna för varandra, vilket lämnar gott om utrymme för underhållande under matlagning och tilltugg under filmkvällen! Skruva upp gasblockarna för en mysig kväll med värmen och glöd från en eld.

På bottenvåningen finns Stars and Stripes sovrum, dekorerat och representerar allt som är den amerikanska flaggan. Detta rum har en helt egen TV. Stars and Stripes-badet ligger tvärs över hallen med duschkabin. På övervåningen finns sovrummet med en dubbelsäng, retro fåfänga och spegel i full längd. Detta sovrum har också sin egen TV. Befälhavaren badet har en bubbelpool trädgård, redo att lugna bort dina problem.

Door entry was not on time. Stood in the cold thinking we were doing something wrong. Called the office said they had reports of them not syncing on time. Fire place had some burn marks on the rocks we tried it but didn't work. Day bed in loft could be upgraded. To make it a great stay

Everything was clean when we walked in. Aside from some lady bugs that made their way in from the cold snap. The rules were very clear for check in and out. They have a courtesy call after we checked in too. Great experience. Will be back.

Overall property was just o.k. it did have few notable issues. Driveway was hard to navigate (Chevy 2500 truck) due to evergreen tree partially blocking access, fan in downstairs bathroom did not work, one of the kitchen outlets did not work, door to deck was really hard to close and lock. Downstairs bed was like sleeping on cardboard. The property is crammed next to two other units with 5 ft or less between the units. Add says within walking distance of shops and restaurants, while technically true, most of the this was over a mile away. Deck needed paint and included two really cheap chairs and no table for coffee. I rented this place to sit by the river. There were no chairs and no fire pit, but area did have a no trespassing sign and rental sign. Also, my view across the river was three drainage pipes and a closed water park. The add did not really describe the property. This is my first rental thru VRBO and maybe I expected too much.

Cabin is adorable! Cozy and close to everything. Could use new mattresses tho, they’re not very comfortable. You can even see intentions after removing the sheets. Otherwise it was perfect!

Location, property and listing was as advertised. 2nd visit to Helen and this time was for Oktoberfest opening ceremonies. Had an awesome time. Property is located on the river and is definitely a BONUS to wake up to the sound of the running water. Property as described in advertisement and met all our needs. Living room TV, and bedroom TVs remotes were inoperable upon arrival. We purchased (expensive) batteries and were able to get the bedroom TVs to operate using remotes. However, not joy on the living room. Property Mgmt made a visit and attempted to get remote to work but, again, no joy. No biggie. We survived. Not so mych a negative as a testament to the property mgmt folks making the best effort. Now, my one dislike; there is a camera mounted (wirelessly) at the entry of the house. Not cool. I do NOT need to feel I am being monitored by outside people, and I pay for the rental and have an expectation of privacy. I have legal standing and DO NOT consent to the video monitoring or the publication, retention or use of any videos that contain my likeness. For this, and this alone, I will NOT be returning to this property. If you don't mind the camera pointed at the front door, then I would recommend the property for its location alone.

Excellent location. Easy to check in. The office is very responsive. There is no dining table-eating is done at an island. Well stocked kitchen overall, but no lids for the pots and pans and missing some items like potato pellet and masher. A gas grill was a nice touch.

This cabin is in a beautiful area and was mostly clean. Someone that stayed there prior to us had a big fire in the fireplace and there was a thick coat of soot on the front of the fireplace and mantle that would leave black marks on you or your clothes if you got anywhere near it. They leave you nothing to clean with other than a couple pods to wash dishes. The doors stick terribly and the back door is almost impossible to unlock. The furniture is in need of refreshing and is uncomfortable. The mattresses were comfortable enough but the pillows are flat and hard. You are more than a mile from downtown area so bring your walking shoes if you want to go to the shops without dealing with the heavy traffic.

Memorial Day weekend

A beautiful cabin right on the river. The only drawback was the steps going up and down, but we managed.Too bad the weather wasn't warm enough to get in the river. Enjoyed watching the ducks and geese. Also response was quick on a few minor things I had to call the office for. Also thank you for the cleaning crew turning in my necklace and Georgia Mountain Rental contacting me about it. God Bless you!

A Short Stay in Helen

Very clean, great response from management. Hal was very good so was Tim. Wrong key code. Porch and steps were in need of repair. Kitchen appliances need upgrade also the couch and love seat. No where to eat for 5 people, no dinning room table. Could be a fold down in replace of bench. No rinse capability in the upstairs bathtub. Would not want to be there in summertime with waterslides right across the river. No firepit. No outside area by river. Neighbors too close!

Great place!

My daughters and I stayed here for a long weekend and loved it! The cabin is beautiful and the location is great, both quiet and close to everything. If you’re a book lover, I highly recommend visiting Mt. Yonah book exchange. The owner is amazing. We also enjoyed the safari drive through.

Dual anniversary trip

Shared an anniversary get away with my sister and brother in law who have the same anniversary date as us! We had a great time visiting and catching up and seeing all the sights of Helen. Really enjoyed catching some local yard and estate sales and thrift stores in the area on Saturday! Would definitely stay again!

Spring Break Get-Away

My husband and I are teachers, and we just needed to relax. The cabin is cozy and right on the river. It is very close to town, and we even walked one time to get some exercise. I highly recommend staying here.

Girl Trip

My mom, daughter and I were planning our annual girl trip when mom suggested Helen. I immediately went to google to check it out and decided we had to visit. None of us had been. We all were so impressed with the little town. Everyone was so kind and friendly, the food…amazing but all of ours favorite thing to do was sit in our cabin drinking coffee, chatting and listening to the river. Great location and river access

Gorgeous house in a good location, close to the town and to beautiful trails. I love that the river runs just a few yards away from the property. We will definitely comeback and recommend it to anybody.
