Upon arrival we were greeted with a very steep driveway. If you have a low car be prepared to scrape as you come in or out. The wooden steps up to the house needed a good scrub to remove the mold or mildew. Once in the house an unpleasant odor overwhelmed my senses. We tried to open a few windows, but it did not help. On the positive side, the bathroom appeared very clean and recently remodeled. However, I didn't realize how dirty the air was until I saw the intake of the shower fan encrusted with some brown goop. We wanted to prepare a meal in the first evening but the cookware Teflon was so chewed up I refused to use it and we went out. I'm sorry we slept there that night as sleep didn't come easy for either of us due to the overpowering odor. In the morning my wife who had tried her best to put lipstick on a pig told me if I wanted to leave she was good with it. We departed after one night losing most of our 1200 dollar fees for the next week.
