“We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of staff. We had an issue at check in with the room not being the one we booked and the staff made sure to get us taken care of and in the type of room we had booked within 20 minutes. The breakfast choices and food were better than most as well. The only thing that would have been better is a bigger pool and to have had a hot tub but other than that it exceeded our standards! ”

“Location was perfect for visiting Taliesin, staff was friendly and helpful, the included breakfast buffet was tasty and convenient. The fire pit area and getting to watch all the birds at the feeders were also a plus. ”

“The hotel smelled weird and, apparently, the cleaning staff had been fired sometime before our arrival. We found old food in the fridge and the bedsheets was not clean (found hair) in one of our rooms. They did not clean the gym for the full 5 days we were there either. However, the hotel receptionists made our beds and changed the towels daily.”
