“The room was very cold when we arrived, so we tried turning on the heating, which was off, but that only made the room colder. We endured for two days, then had to tell someone at reception. We were told someone would check the heating while we were out and, if they couldn’t fix it, we would get a portable heater and our room would be nice and warm when we returned. It was not. ”

“We spent 3 days there and could not ask for better service! Since we are vegans they allows us to pay for breakfast by item and not as buffet and that made it a fair deal. We felt comfortable and secure. Even though they have digitalised many functions there are always friendly personnel around to chat/help.”
