“We were there just overnight but enjoyed dinner at the bar and the room was comfortable and well appointed.”

“The restored Wilbur Mansion was spectacular. The rooms were huge, the location was convenient, the amenities were perfect, the old architecture elements and history were fascinating, and the staff made us feel right at home. The dinner at the restaurant was one of the best we've ever had.”

“Front desk staff were not friendly at all. We booked a suite for 7, we got 3 towels, when I asked for more, they acted like I was taking all they had! We stayed 2 nights, housekeeping did not update towels, toilet paper, etc. I had to ask for it, was told to bring dirty tags downstairs to switch out that housekeeping does not do this until you checkout. Breakfast was good but the space was too small for the amount of people that was there.”

“This hotel was clean, with friendly staff. It is outdated and could use some remodeling. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Our keys didn't work initially - a quick visit resulted in an easy fix. The breakfast is what you would expect, only issue was the waffle iron was broken, so not an option unfortunately. Beds were not super comfortable, but fine for a 1-2 night stay. Anything longer and it may have become an issue for back problems.”

“The property smelled like it had been a smoking hotel for years. It was quite overpowering. The rooms were not terribly clean. The bed was yucky”

“The staff was amazing. However, anytime I book a hotel I always book with needing a pool in mind. The pump to heat the pool was not working, therefore I was unable to go swimming as the water was extremely cold. Also, the air conditioner was not working for the two nights that I was there. I bought it to the attention of staff, and they did mention that they were having some problems so that was utterly uncomfortable having to sleep in a hot room.”
