Oerhört centralt läge, nära till allt vi behövde. Något slitet hotell, behöver en liten uppryckning för att hänga med. Lite undermålig frukostbuffé, saknar mer alternativ för vegetarianer. Men helheten är plus 4 av 5.

Trevligt och familjärt! Mycket bra mottagande av den trevliga mannen i receptionen. Vi kände oss verkligen välkomna! Gammal, pittoresk byggnad med lite äldre standard. Rent och fräscht. Bra frukost! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka hit!

The checkin was smooth although we arrived late. The room was nice and tidy, but the walls very thin since you could hear the guy next door snoring. Great location, close to the station/harbour and city centre!

Bad hotel with nice location
Problem with late check-in, had to call the hotel several times to get a specific code. No wi-fi in the room, even though it was supposed to be included in the price. I think that the wi-fi doesn’t work on the attic and that the manager is fully aware of it. We asked for a price reduction but it was like talking to a wall. The hotel has a great location but is in desperate need of renovation. You could not even lock the bathroom door. Would not recommend this hotel. Been traveling Europe for three weeks and this was (by far) the worst hotel (but still the third most expensive).

Plus för läge
Plus för ett mycket bra läge, trevlig personal och helt okej sängar. Minus för sämre kuddar, endast en rulle toapapper på rummet (och stängt i receptionen relativt tidigt) och väldigt få eluttag. Saknade även ett kylskåp. Rubriken ”Juniorsvit” känns väldigt missvisande. Obs! På morgonen (från 06) kan gatan utanför upplevas mycket störande pga varuleveranser, rengöringsbilar m.m., om du har svårt att sova :) Läget och personal väger upp mycket och kan absolut återkomma.

Kommer inte tillbaka..
Hotell Hamlet var en besvikelse! Bilderna gjorde inte hotell rättvisa, var inte så fräscht som bilderna visade.. Vi fick ett litet rum på 3:e våningen och allt var slitet! Rummet luktade gammalt o rök o var allmänt skabbigt. Gamla möbler, gammal toalett, gamla eluttag som glappade o alla fungerade inte ens.. Till råga på allt så ligger hotellet granne med en nattklubb med musik o skrän som pågick hela natten o störde sömnen!

Trevligt hotell med bra läge
Mycket trevligt hotell, bästa läget i gamla stan och nära till färjan och tågstationen. Något trångt så det lämpar sig sämre för rörelsehindrade och barnvagnar.
