'Morwenna' is our beautiful stylish caravan which we honestly think you will love as much as we do. We always endeavour to make your stay perfect, and want you to make memories whilst feeling relaxed and happy.
In a world full of chaos & mayhem, your time on holiday is so very important. We recognise this , and love to prepare your holiday home to a high standard so that when you walk in the door you feel immediately relaxed.

Spacious and modern, bright, tastefully decorated and on a small, fun, family friendly park which boasts both indoor & outdoor pools! Plenty for kids and adults to do with new high ropes attraction, bungee trampolines, soft play, adventure bugz, laser tag , bike hire, launderette, shop, bar, restaurant, ice cream parlour and more ! Passes for pools and entertainment can be purchased from reception on arrival and ARE NOT INCLUDED.


The caravan boasts 2 spacious outdoor seating areas!! and sleeps a total of 8 people. (Max of 4 children under 18). One double bed, and two twin bedrooms. All beds made up ready for arrival. Mattress protectors, pillow protectors and stylish linen. Gas and electricity included.
Spacious kitchen diner, with a dining table and chairs. Microwave, full size fridge freezer, oven, grill, toaster. Fully equipped with utensils, crockery, pans, tea towels, tea bags, coffee and milk . 32 inch tv with free view, DVD player and dvds. Iron / ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Large stylish storage unit for shoes with added seating.
Hand towels ONLY provided in bathrooms, antibacterial hand wash and toilet rolls.
Cleaning products, foil, tea towels and washing up liquid in kitchen.

Further dining table on large side patio, with seating for 6 for alfresco dining, or drinks on those sunny evenings after a busy day on the beach. Also another seating area to the rear of caravan (wooden picnic bench), ideal for kiddies picnics or messy play.
Large verandah to the front which is accessed by the lounge sliding doors where you can chill with a glass of wine whilst the kids catch up on a dvd or nap.

WIFI is available in the bar, restaurant and in main complex area. WIFI also available in caravan provided by Park Dean and provides a free basic service, which can be upgraded should you need to. There are endless beaches, harbours and secret coves to explore nearby, restaurants and cute gift shops. It really is a great location for some off the best sights. The caravan has everything you could ever need, including books for both adults and children, games, for relaxing evenings or rainy days. There are also 2 toilets which is handy.
Attention to detail is a huge passion of mine and I will make your holiday perfect. Strict cleaning regime will be always be carried out.

This is a perfect base for couples, families alike. You can do as much or as little as you want on this park. The choice is yours!

IMPORTANT NOTES - Please read!!!
Passes for entertainment complex and pools must be purchased direct from Park Dean on arrival and are NOT included in the price of this holiday .
Phone signal strength may vary in different areas of park depending on your network. I am Tesco /02 and have never had issues, however some have had bitty signal with other providers. This is quite common in Cornwall and is partly due to our demographics and coastal location. I am just mentioning it as I realise this is vital to some people .

*No BBQs permitted on the decking at any time due to risk of fire and damage.
BBQ fine if raised off the grass outside by picnic bench to back of caravan. We have a slab under caravan for you to put disposal BBQ on that must be used to prevent damage to grass.

*No smoking or vaping allowed inside the caravan or pets of any form AT ANY TIME!!!! No stubbing out of cigarettes on decked areas as this causes damage and poses a fire risk.

*No single sex groups
*No stag or hen parties
*Max child occupancy 4 in total

Parking outside caravan has room for ONE car only. Further parking available at reception a short distance away.

Please BRING YOUR OWN BATH TOWELS for showering / swimming. Only hand towels provided in bathrooms.
