Något för alla här. Serenity kan hittas på verandorna med en kopp kaffe och familjetiden kan avnjutas vid sjön med badplats tillräckligt grunt för små barn. Kajaker för vuxna och tonåringar. Och ett baddäck för hela familjen.
Nästan 3000 kvadratmeter bostadsyta med 4 sovrum och 4 badrum (inklusive ett badrum utanför) plus två välutrustade kök, en på huvudnivå och en nedervåningen med flera kaffebryggare, mixer, grytor och kokkärl och full utrustning i båda. Gå igenom baren från kök på bottenvåningen till utsidan och jacuzzi i master badrummet på övervåningen.
Sitter på ca. 2. 2 tunnland (plus leaseback) med cirka 300 fot av vattnet och en 2 våningar båthus. Utanför hittar du en betongcirkel, 4-carport på betong för gott om utrymme för parkering och / eller enkel båtvagnsmanövrering
Fantastisk utsikt över sjön från alla nivåer. Grannbåt lansering i närheten.
Huset har en mitt-sjö plats på Texas sidan av Toledo Bend och Cypress Bend kan ses över sjön.
Båthuset är väl upplyst med en hängmatta för avkoppling på eftermiddagen och ett övre däck för fantastisk utsikt över den öppna sjön.
Sovplatser 11+ med king size-säng i Master på övervåningen och i nedre sovrum och drottning sängar i andra två sovrum plus en dubbelsäng i bottenvåningen. Ytterligare luftmadrasser och sängkläder finns i nedre garderoben.

Fishing Friends

There are 10 fishing buddies that go to east Texas every spring, this property was in a great location and enabled us to all be in one place. Really enjoyed our stay!

Spacious relaxing getaway

The house has more then enough space for our group that went and easy access to lake and fishing we had weather come in while we were there so didn't get to enjoy the lake as much as we wanted but still enjoyed ourselves with a very relaxing getaway still

Great place to stay. our family had a wonderful time. there is so much space that everyone had their own spot to relax. With the larger group rooms we spent quality time together. The outdoor space was a heavenly oasis.

Sibling getaway

A group of 10 guys stayed for a few days. My brothers and some nephews. Great location, great property and great time was had by all. Highly recommended for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We loved the fishing dock and swimming area. Each bedroom was separated and private with access to bathrooms. The grandkids loved playing checkers and darts inside. The views were spectacular in the morning. The house was nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Having kayaks was fun for the grandkids to row around the cove in. Everyone had a great time at this rental. We are definitely booking this one again!

Great Lake Getaway

Very quiet and peaceful cove location. Large home with great basement area for the younger crew. Well appointed home. Had most everything you will need to enjoy a great week at the lake, small or large group. Look forward to returning.

Wonderful time with family!

The property was beautiful and very clean!!! My kids loved the boathouse which is w where we stayed most of the day and night!!! Loved the swimming area even though it was a little cold!!!! I wills recommend the house to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!!! Hopefully we will be back next year!!❤️❤️❤️

Slice of Heaven

Stayed with friends and family for an extended weekend. Absolutely loved this property. Pretty much spent the entire weekend outside at the boat dock enjoying the water and fishing. Setup of the home was unique and we really enjoyed the dual kitchens. Host was very easy to communicate with and we will definitely be back to enjoy this wonderful property.

Grand Trip

It was the best trip ever. It was so much fun and relaxing in spite of the weather. The kids took the kayaks out and explored the banks and we sat on the dock in the swings and enjoyed the view. The house has everything to offer. We fried fish, we barbecued and so much more. Plan to book again

Relaxing getaway

This was out first time to Toledo Bend, and we were so impressed with this property. The house had plenty of room and was very clean! We had 3 families in the home, and there were places for the kids as well as the adults. The view of the lake and dock were amazing. Brandon was very helpful and available for questions.The neighborhood is small, safe, and the people were friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

House had everything we needed to accomodate our large group! We were 4 families with approximately 22-24 people! Everyone had a place to sleep!! Lots of extras like water noodles, floats, folding chairs and the grill. The host was super accessible and answered quickly. Over all we have this place saved under a favorite to come back to.

Lakeside Dream

Every person in our family continued to say how awesome this place was all weekend. The layout was perfect! There was room for everyone. We fished, played games, played on the hill, had a fire and so much more. It was absolutely perfect. You will NOT find better! Communication with the owner was top notch. The place was perfect and we really didnt need to contact him, but when we did, he was so friendly and helpful. Can not recommend this place enough! Our goal is to be back this summer!

BEST TIME EVER!

The property is beautiful inside and outside. The house was very clean and has everything you need from toiletries to cooking to just having a great time and relaxing. There was plenty of space for our family and friends. We spent most of our time outside. The weather was great! Lots of trees, shade, and chairs for just hanging out outside. The boathouse was awesome. We brought a pontoon and a bass boat. Both boats fit nicely in it. The swim deck was also a big plus for us. We swam and fished from it. We had the BEST time!!

Needs help

The interior of the house was fine clean and well decorated. The exterior landscape and decks need help, the dock was in dis repair and was unusable for my boat. I would have thought for the price everything would have been A+ but it came up short. I was surprised to see a sign at the entrance that said no VRBOs allowed and that there were for sale signs on the dock and street .

Better than described!

This place was great! Perfect for a family vacation. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were 3 couples, 3 teens and 6 kids 8 and under. The kids and grandkids had a blast playing in the water, fishing and kayaking. We all had plenty of space and bathrooms. We definitely will be back!

Amazing vacation!!!

What an awesome vacation rental!! The house was so great but the dock was the best part! The kids loved the kayaks and spent almost all day outside. The hill to the dock is fairly steep but even our 84 year old parents were able to maneuver down to sit and watch the great grandkids. The home has everything you would need for a great vacation and the few minor issues we had (no power for 18 hours due to a horrendous storm overnight) Brandon was immediately responsive and checked in to make sure we were ok. Thanks so much, we had a great week and can’t wait to go back soon!!

Awesome House! Can’t wait to go back!!

All 3 families loved this house. The kids had their own space down stairs and the adults enjoyed the peace upstairs. Loved being right on the water. We are hoping to make this an annual trip! Can’t wait for next summer.

Relaxing Weekend

Pictures do not do this property justice. It is wonderful. 8 adults had all the space and privacy we would ever need. The most comfortable property we’ve ever rented, and I travel frequently. Fully stocked with all you need for your weekend on the lake. You will have everything from coffee pot to fishing poles!! Speaking of fishing, we didn’t catch much, but their boat dock is a dream come true. Huge, with the most amazing furniture for rental property I’ve ever seen. Property owner is the best, thanks for having us, Brandon!
