Welcome to this brand new holiday cottage from 2025 – a modern and well-planned accommodation of 30 m² with space for up to 4 guests. Perfect for a small family or as an additional guest house to the main villa on the same property.

The bright and comfortable cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The bathroom is fresh and features a shower and washing machine. In the living room there is a daybed that can easily be converted into a 160 cm double bed, and in the sleeping loft there are two mattresses (90 cm each). TV and Wi-Fi are available for relaxation after a day by the sea.

Outside, you will find a private patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue – perfect for lazy summer days and peaceful evenings with views of nature. Parking is available right next to the house.



Things to do in Henån and the surrounding area

Here you live close to both forest and sea. The nearest swimming spot, Småholmarna, is about 1.5 km away via a beautiful forest trail, where you’ll find jetties, cliffs and a small sandy beach. In Henån centre (2 km) there are restaurants, shops, a marina, playground and summer activities such as SUP and boat rental.

For excursions, we recommend Tavlebords Honey Farm, the Pilgrim Trail, Fröken Trulls Café and the Nordic Watercolour Museum in Skärhamn.



Good to know about this accommodation

• A deposit of 1,500 SEK will be reserved automatically on your card upon arrival. The amount will be released within one week after departure, provided that the house has been left in approved condition.

• Bed linen and towels can be rented for 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person respectively.

• Final cleaning is mandatory and not included in the price. A fee of 1,200 SEK is payable on site in cash or via Swish (Swedish guests).

• Electricity is included in the rent. Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
