“The property is lovely, and I live locally so I was excited to stay there. Unfortunately, the local discount that is usually offered was not available. Then, we were initially sent to an occupied room which delayed us 30 minutes. When we finally got to our recently refurbished room, it was clean and well appointed, however, none of the the plugs in the bathroom worked. The extra daily fees that cover amenities didn't cover much. When we went to use the pool we were told they were closing it for...

“Staff was very attentive we were able to actually check in our room early! Which was so much appreciated after being on a turbulent flight room was clean when we lost her key super helpful in us finding it! We recommend staying here again”

Toilet seat had black dirt on it and when housekeeping came to clean it, I noticed they're carrying in their cart a toilet brush which they use to clean both the inside of the toilet and the toilet seat itself - something I personally find extremely unhygienic. Overall unpleasant stay and would not stay again,...

“Vi hade en svit med kök som var mycket fin och rymlig. Frukosten som amerikanska hotellfrukostar i allmänhet. Hann inte prova poolen men det såg trevligt ut. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. En särskild eloge till Lucille för tålamodet.”

“Perfect in many ways”

“The area and enviroment around the hotel was absolutely awful! Scetchy area and i did not feel safe at all. The view was over storage units. Awful! Woke up several times during the night due to noise coming from all around. The beds were okay. The rooms could use a serious renovating. The breakfast was not good at all, sterile and not friendly enviroment and screaming children. Overall, would not recommend! ”

“It is so nice to have your own mini-kitchen with fridge, freezer and microwave. They even provide plates, glasses and cutlery! And dish-soap :) ”
