The Space:
This spacious newly renovated home has gorgeous mountain views that over look apple orchards! Beautiful gardens on property! Located on 3.5 private acres. 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, & an office with sleeping space. Close to hiking trails, tubing, apple orchards, wineries, breweries, and so much more! With a short drive to Asheville, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, etc., there are endless adventures to explore! Come take advantage of the ample amenities and cozy atmosphere here at Apple Valley Gables!

Apple Valley Gables is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home. Rooms are spacious with views from every window. The billiard room boasts a gorgeous billiard table, arcade style video games, and a retro style record player! Grab a complimentary cup of coffee or tea from our coffee bar and enjoy the peaceful sun room to start or end your day. Join your family and friends out on the back deck with breath taking views of the garden and mountains. There is ample space to grill, eat, enjoy the fire pit, corn hole, etc. Plenty of seating for everyone! Apple Valley Gables is a great blend of luxury and comfort. With all the amenities it provides, you’ll be sure to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house. Every room has a spacious closet available for use.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in the middle of Apple Valley in Hendersonville. It is surrounded by beautiful orchards. Orchards provide a lot of seasonal fun. The large amount of local cideries, wineries, and breweries are open year-round.

If you are looking for additional sleeping space, Apple Valley Chateau is located next door. Apple Valley Chateau can sleep an additional 16 guests. Feel free to message us to learn more about our next-door property!

Getting Around:
We have plenty of parking on property. The driveway is not steep. Getting to the home is very easy and convenient.

Interaction with Guests:
I can be reached at any time and will be happy to assist with any needs. I will also give guests the privacy they deserve while enjoying their stay.

The property was beautiful. The trees and flowers in bloom and surrounded by apple orchards all around. The place was clean and inviting and comfortable and peaceful.

Actually, the stay was quite nice. The house and property were beautiful and comfortable. Compliments to the owners.What made it maybe even less than ok was dealing with Unique Stays. Previously, I had a really good experience with VRBO. Dealt with VRBO and the owner directly. This time I felt palmed off to Unique Stays even though I paid VRBO a fee for what? Unique Stays requires a 6 page rental agreement. Been renting in the area for several years now and never had to do that before. Seemed to be fee oriented and not very hospitable. Also, hidden fee- additional guest fee. Would have expected in a home that sleeps 14, that guest 15 would be the additional guest- not guest 5. I contested the but was told I could have asked (?). Check in was difficult as the link sent was not active. My daughter-in-law had to cut and paste to my browser to get the code. Had to give my driver's license and picture. Way too much. Would still be standing on the porch had she not been with me. Also, no early entry unless another fee. Again, the house is lovely and the property beautiful, but I will not do business with Unique Stays again. Unique, but not in a good way.
