“From the minute we arrived at Seckford everyone was so helpful.One of the helpful staff over heard us say we were alittle early .So he kindley .Checked us in whilst we were having lunch .He was very helpful thankyou .The restaurant staff were very helpful too by pre booking Seckfords delicious beef Wellington for 2 for our evening meal.The Spa staff were very helpful too.Alround fab team breakfast staff could not do enough for us too .Thankyou for a lovely stay ..”

“Even though there are positives in that this hotel is located in a quiet area and has ample parking I do not know how it is rated a 4 star. The decor is from the 70’s and needs a serious update. Even though the website says there is a fan in the room I had to go down to reception and ask for one. The carpets need replacing and there is no ramp into the reception area so you have to carry any luggage up and down stairs. No fridge in the room either. The wi-if was so bad I couldn’t have a 5 minute...
