Good time with Seehotel
Generally a good stay. The room is a little bit away from the lake, it was not as close as the picture showed.

Outstanding hotel/resort!
The hotel is great in all senses, it's modern and clean, it's stylish and relaxed and it has a nearly perfect location! They have a really good indoor pool and a nice deck outside where you can enjoy the view, sunbath or take a lovely swim in the lake. Their gym is quite decent and with a lovely view as well. They have two types of saunas and a massage pool. The room felt very modern and had an amazing balcony. There's free parking place and it's close to a bakery and a supermarket. We can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever visiting the Lucerne area.

Fantastic!

Hotell vid vattnet !
Fint hotell med badmöjligheter i sjön ( på sommaren) annars bad i inomhuspool. Bra mat på hotellet.

Lakeside hotel
Nice and clean room with balcony. The hotel is just by the lakeside and it’s probably very nice in the summer when you can go for a swim in the lake. Not much to see in the town but there is a nice restaurant in the hotel and rich breakfast. I would stay again.

Fin utsikt, trevligt , ej inbjudande bad i sjön.
Mycket trevligt mottagande. Jättetrevlig receptionist och personal i restaurangen. Fint rum med fantastisk utsikt över Vierwaldstättesee. Mysig restaurang med ett antal goda rätter att äta på kvällen. Det enda som vi egentligen blev besvikna på var badet i sjön, eller rättare sagt vår 11-åring blev besviken. Det var ganska skräpigt i vattnet, inte skräp-skräp utan blad, växter etc som väl drivit i land utifrån sjön (skulle jag tro). Vattnet var klart och fint och inte alls smutsigt, men för en 11-åring är det inte alltid lätt att förstå så hon totalvägrade att bada i sjön och vi hade valt hotellet just för dessa läge vid sjön, att det skulle gå att bada både pool och sjö. Så detta vara lite besvikelse att hotellet inte kanske kunde ta bort detta varje morgon till exempel (borde funka med en håv).

Trevligt hotell
Vi hade en mycket trevlig övernattning på hotellet. Rummet var fint med utsikt över sjön. Frukosten var riklig och hotellet hade en bra parkering

If you aren't looking for a really special destination and you just need to stop somewhere between destinations, than this location is great. If you're looking for a little spa weekend, I would recommend spending an extra fifty bucks and stay elsewhere. However if you like a 70's time warp, this is the place for you. It's also very clean ...so that's a plus!;)

A hidden gem. We loved this hotel. Arrived late in the evening so didn't see the views until morning. Wow! Breathtaking. Had both dinner and breakfast on the property and everything was delicious. My wife and I sat outside and were able to enjoy the view of the lake. Our room had an amazing view in the morning. Hope we get to enjoy this place again. Can't recommend it enough.

Really enjoyed my stay here. I was at a conference at the hotel itself so spent most of my time there. I didn't get out of the hotel often, so can't speak much of the surrounding area. But, there is a convience store just across the road, and the facilities at the hotel are great. Plus, the view out the back of the hotel is simply breathtaking.

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles ce qui m'a étonné c'est qu'il n'y avait pas de bouilloire dans la chambre. Ce qui est dommage c'est qu'à l'arrière de l'hôtel ce soit délaissé car c'est là qu'on garait notre voiture. Sinon le personnel très sympa et professionnel.

Das Servicepersonal war alles andere als freundlich. Sehr unsymphatisch und unfreundlich und das Essen war eine Zumutung. Das ach so tolle und berühmte Fondue Chinoise war eine absolute Katastrophe. Alles war komplett kalt! Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls total kalt (Rühreier,etc.). Alles in allem waren wir sowas von enttäuscht vorallem bei diesen Preisen! Eine absolute Frechheit!!!

Great family run lakeside hotel in a pretty area
Great lakeside hotel in the lovely town of Hergiswil. Room was well furnished and had all one could need, apart from a hospitality tray with tea and coffee. This would have capped things off. Dinner was delicious and the breakfast buffet plentiful. Wi-Fi was good but not excellent. Friendly staff. A great all-rounder!

Lake side stay
Amazing view and a lovely clean room. The swimming pool was a delight. We loved swimming in the lake straight from the hotel. The breakfast was just what you would want after a good night sleep. The only negative I would say is the pillows were a bit flat with no support. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent choice for relaxation
The check-in was great and staff were friendly. Our room had a great view and we enjoyed the balcony. The area were very peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was good and the coffee excellent. The pool facilities were great, but we could not use the sauna as you have to sit there without a bathing suite. The views were awesome.
