On the 3rd floor of the Beachhouse, dreams of a vacation with an ocean view come true. In 69 square meters of airy, stylish living space, up to four people and one toddler up to three years old (in a travel crib) can indulge in their dream Baltic Sea vacation in complete comfort. The sea, which greets you here in the morning with a glittering sunrise from one of the two balconies, is just a few meters away. So the sound of the waves is guaranteed here. Take a deep breath, clear your mind, unwind, and feel at ease—in this apartment, you’ll start doing just that the moment you step into the light-filled living room. With its stylish and harmonious furnishings, it’s easy to relax on the comfortable couch or in the Nordic-style leather rocking chair. A large flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system with Bluetooth provide entertainment. On chilly days, the glass-enclosed gas fireplace is definitely the center of attention. If you light it while dining at the beautiful dining area, it creates a romantic dinner atmosphere at the touch of a button. The kitchen, fully equipped with high-quality appliances and elegant tableware, opens onto the living-dining area. The kitchen island, accessible from three sides, serves as an ideal room divider. This way, everyone can be together while cooking, grilling, and feasting. A washer-dryer is also available in the kitchen. From the living room, you have access to two balconies. A smaller one (8 square meters) offers an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. From the second balcony (9 square meters), you can enjoy the sun all day long high above the roofs of the Bansin seaside villas, as it faces southwest. Both bedrooms also have access to one of the two balconies. Both rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. Enjoy the peace and quiet here and treat yourself to a restful night’s sleep in the comfortable box-spring double beds (1.60 m x 2.00 m and 1.80 m x 2.00 m). The apartment also features two bathrooms, each with a rain shower, sink, and toilet. The master bathroom even features a Finnish sauna. Work up a good sweat in the cozy warmth. This little wellness oasis is available to you free of charge—as is the Wi-Fi. To ensure your complete comfort, we’ll have the beds made and towels laid out for you upon your arrival. A parking space is available for your car in the underground garage (entry height 2.00 m, lower level 1.85 m), some of which are double parking spaces (max. height 1.90).
