A custom-designed, comfortable home away from home awaits you on the second floor of the Dünenpalais. With a spacious 80 square meters, there’s plenty of room here for 4 adults and 1 toddler (up to 3 years old in a travel crib) to enjoy a relaxing vacation. An elegant, light-colored hardwood floor has been skillfully combined with modern, exclusive furnishings by an experienced architect. Adjacent to the living area—featuring a seating area, flat-screen TV, and gas fireplace (operated by remote control)—is a comfortable dining area and a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen in a modern country-style design (separated by a sliding door). The large bedroom features a double box-spring bed, and from here you even have a small view of the sea! The adjoining walk-in closet offers plenty of space for your vacation clothes. The second, smaller bedroom is furnished with two single beds. From here—and, of course, from the living area—you have access to the sunny south-facing balcony. A special highlight is the apartment’s private sauna, which is integrated into the beautiful bathroom with a large glass shower. For your convenience, an initial supply of linens is provided. A travel crib (without an additional mattress or bedding) and a high chair can be booked upon request for an extra charge. A parking space is available in the underground garage.


***Current Notice: Scaffolding will be erected on the front building of the Dünenpalais from March 18 to 25.03.2027 for the planned facade renovation. The scaffolding will be dismantled facade by facade from May 8 to 13.05.2027. Facade work on the rear building will continue until 14.05.2027. Afterward, the scaffolding there will be dismantled by around 20.05.2027. Minor disruptions may occur during the periods mentioned. The balconies of the attic apartments 22 and 23 will be unavailable. During scaffolding installation, the outdoor parking spaces cannot be used during the day. Costs for alternative parking will be reimbursed. The dates listed are estimates and may change slightly as construction progresses.***


A modern building in a classic style has recently been completed: the Dünenpalais in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. Here, state-of-the-art living comfort meets a prime seaside location. The two newly built villas are connected by covered walkways and an elevator that also leads to the building’s underground parking garage (entry height: 1.90 m), which also houses a bicycle storage room. The spacious 2- and 3-room apartments, featuring sunny balconies and gas fireplaces (some also include a sauna and ocean views), have been beautifully furnished and offer all the amenities for a special vacation. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In addition, each apartment has its own mailbox on the building.
