Ardenne House 01 — just a few meters from the fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea

Enjoy your vacation right on the beach promenade, between the imperial spa towns of Bansin and Heringsdorf, at Haus von Ardenne.

The 71-square-meter, 3-room apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a bunk bed (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe in each room, and additional seating. Adjacent to the larger bedroom is the naturally lit bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower, and heated towel rack. In the spacious living room, equipped with a large corner sofa, TV, and stereo system, eventful days can come to a relaxing close. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living area by a counter. On the apartment’s generously sized terrace, overlooking the garden and the promenade, you can hear the sound of the waves rolling over the dunes and create cherished vacation memories.

A high chair and a travel crib with a mattress (but without linens) are available to you free of charge in the apartment. A designated parking space is available on the property. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A lockable bike storage room, a small fitness room with a ping-pong table, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer are located in the building’s basement and are available for use by guests.

A special highlight of the apartment is a private beach chair included in the rental price, located directly on the beach and available to you from May through September.
The communal fireplace room on the first floor of the building also offers a view of the sea and guarantees a cozy atmosphere.
