A first-class home with plenty of space! With 108 square meters of living space, it has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Look forward to fully equipped amenities, tasteful luxury, and a perfectly thought-out floor plan. In the center of the vacation rental, a spacious living area with a seating area, dining area, and fireplace invites you to relax. It’s complemented by an open kitchen and a large, sunny balcony. Each of the two bedrooms, featuring double beds and a TV, has its own bathroom (1 with a shower, 1 with a shower and bathtub). The spacious bedrooms can also accommodate a travel crib, allowing four adults and two toddlers up to age 2 to vacation in comfort. A special highlight is the apartment’s private sauna, which promises pleasant moments not only during the off-season. Upon request, we provide a travel crib (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an extra charge) for our youngest guests (for the second toddler). For your convenience, the beds will be made upon arrival and towels will be provided. The in-house Wi-Fi network is available free of charge.


***Current Notice: Construction work on a new residential building will begin in mid-September 2025 on the property across the street. During this time, you can expect the usual disruptions associated with a construction site—which may include noise, dust, and increased activity. The work is expected to continue until the end of 2026.***

All this in a prime central location, with the expansive beach just around the corner. An elevator, underground parking, and outdoor parking spaces are, of course, included. A washing machine [&] dryer are available in the basement for a fee (cashless payment via WeWash using the app, website, or phone). A bicycle storage room is also available for use. The Wi-Fi network in the building can be used free of charge.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
