This small and cozy vacation home, decorated in a maritime style, measures 52 square meters. The color scheme—featuring sea blue and plenty of white—also has a nautical feel. The living-dining room is bright and spacious, with access to the sun-drenched south-facing balcony (6 square meters). Having breakfast here or gazing out at the horizon in the evening with a cool drink in hand is the perfect way to recharge your spirit. This apartment is ideal for simply enjoying yourself. An electric fireplace in the living room uses light and water vapor to create an authentic, three-dimensional play of flames—pure romance—and the large flat-screen TV offers plenty of exciting movies. When hunger strikes, the open-concept kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a hearty meal. High-quality brand-name appliances—such as the stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and oven—make cooking and cleaning a breeze. In the bedroom, which also has access to the balcony, a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) awaits bedtime. It’s a wonderful place to sleep. There’s also a flat-screen TV here. A large closet offers plenty of storage space for your clothes. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an extra charge) for our younger guests. The en suite bathroom features a spacious shower, sink, and toilet. Parking space 2.8 is reserved for you in the double-parking spot (maximum vehicle height 1.90 m) in the underground garage. Use of the Wi-Fi network is free of charge. Towels will be ready for you upon arrival, and the bed will be made.

The sauna is open from September 15 to June 15 and can be used free of charge from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. An elevator runs from the underground parking garage up to each apartment floor. In the underground parking garage, each apartment has a parking space in a double parking bay (max. length 5.20 m; max. width 2.20 m; max. height 1.90 m; max. load 2,600 kg; max. wheel load 650 kg).
