“La piscine et le jacuzzi étaient tellement agréables après toute une journée de visite, c'était le paradis. le petit déjeuner était très bien, ainsi que les chambres et le personnel à la réception, tout était parfait.”

“No”

“We were two families satying for two nights Pros - kitchen in the suite, location, accessible to stores and restaurants, close to many scenic locations Cons - the building is very old, the furniture makes squeaky noise, toilet seat was broken, the room was smelling of eggs when we checked in. The carpet was not steam cleaned in a very long time.”

“Naturskönt läge, rent och lugnt hotell. Extra plus för att vi kunde öppna fönstren på rummet.”

“We were greeted by one of the staff with the aroma of fresh baked cookies, lovely! She showed us around the inn then to our room — “The Berkshire Room” which is in the main inn on the 2nd floor. The room was charming and comfortable with period details, a comfortable bed, small sitting area, tall ceiling, a small wall mounted TV, and a fireplace (nonfunctional) with mantle. The bathroom is nice, but the shower stall is tight. The inn is conveniently located just down the hill from Lenox...

“An absolutely perfect getaway spot! Beautiful rooms, great service, and an ideal location. Highly recommend and we will be going back.”

“Wonderful place… clean, cosy room, comfy bed, friendly staff, great breakfast. Delightful location near Norman Rockwell museum.”

“Supernice hotel just outside Lenox. New and clean. Cosy to sit by the outdoor fireplace with your drink. The only downside for me was the not do equiped gym.”

“Great location for an October getaway. The room was more than comfortable.”

“Staff was very nice. Common areas are very nice. Room are very nice but could use a deep clean and some maintenance. If they did that I would give it more stars.”
