This ensures uninterrupted connectivity for Wi-Fi, TV, and lights even during load shedding. Regrettably, your brother inadvertently unplugged the inverter, not realizing its function as an electricity backup.While The Esplanade operates as self-catering apartments rather than a traditional hotel, we take pride in offering daily fresh towels, cleaning services and refreshing linens every three days. Additionally, we go the extra mile by sending personalized WhatsApp messages to each guest nightly, extending a full-service offer. Despite these efforts, we did not receive any response from your brother, and our cleaning team, available to assist, received no acknowledgment.Contrary to your mention of a lack of staff, we maintain a dedicated team of 12 full-time employees overseeing 20 units. Our manager, Elani, and Trevor at the front desk are available every day until 22:00. It seems there may be a mix-up in your review, as our property is well-staffed, and service is a top priority.While we are classified as self-catering, all units are provided with amenities, including a Nespresso machine with capsules, bottled water, tea, milk, and premium Pure Cosmetic products in the bathrooms.We appreciate your feedback and would be grateful for any further clarification to ensure accurate and constructive reviews.Kind Regards,
