“När vi öppnade rumsdörren luktade det tobaksrök trots att rummet var rökfritt. Klagade och fick till svar att "gästerna röker trots förbudet och det kan inte jag hjälpa". Frukostutrymmet bestod av 2 bord och vi fick panikäta vår frukost för att andra skulle kunna sitta. Skräpigt och ostädat i gångarna till rummen.”

“Upon arrival the front desk noticed I was using a scooter after just having foot surgery, she upgraded our room to a handicap accessible room at not charge. I was so grateful especially after seeing how many handrails and spacious the room was. I didn’t ask for it, but it was nice to see someone going above what they needed to do. ”
