Lugnt lantligt läge
Lantligt lugnt läge i mycket liten by på Spanska höglandet. Perfekt att sova över när man korsar denna del av Spanien, men finns inget mer att göra i byn än att sova,äta o dricka på boendet. Lite lyhört mellan rum och korridor.

The hotel was used as a stop over from Portimao to Santander. The hotel is small but very unique. It was probably an old mill converted 10 years ago. Only criticism is their website needs to be updated for the cost of evening meals. But the food was good.

Ik ben op de heen - en terugreis naar Portugal (Porto) hier geweest. Ligt prima om de laatste dag niet ver te hoeven reizen. Vriendelijk ontvangen beide keren. Fijn dat je ook in het hotel kan eten. Prima ontbijt!

Amazing place

A welcome stop
After a long drive from Portugal this was a pleasant and welcome stop for the night. Conveniently clise to the main road but far enough to be really quiet. Comfortable, well appointed rooms backed by excellent service.

An absolute gem of a hotel! One of the nicest hotel experiences I have ever had. Very welcoming greeting on arrival. Room was immaculate and comfortable. A great bar serving wine from the village. Friendly locals and even a dog. Wish there were more places like this!

Delightful overnight stay
A delightful spot for an overnight stay en route to the South from the Bilbao ferry - would be equally convenient from Santander. Host very accommodating - we were expecting the restaurant to be closed but enquired and he basically opened the kitchen for us! Posada is in the lovely old village and the locals use the bar which adds to the atmosphere. We can thoroughly recommend it and would be happy to stay again.

An Amazing Find
This hotel is in a small village which is very easy to find and only 2 hours from Santander Ferry Port. The accommodation is excellent and you can park directly outside on the road with no worries. We stayed in the suite on the top floor which was really nice - top quality fixtures and fittings and very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant which was also very good - the chef was most helpful with our choices and the wine was excellent. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

VERY RURAL HOTEL - BUT VERY GOOD
Stayed here on the way to Porto, great hotel if you like rustic and rural, in a small village with not a lot around. Good bar, full of locals, but no noise after 10.00ish Good sized rooms, very clean and presentable, breakfast is "rustic" but OK Lovely building, great restaurant on site, good beers and wine available, great prices Recommended

Lovely rural stopover
Overnight stop on way from Algarve to Bilbao ferry. Quaint very rural location, service was great as was the food, large tapas style, wine from the village was very good and cheap too ! Large clean room and unique restaurant. Highly recommended for an overnight stop over.

Great stop off.
Can't fault this place. Although there is nothing much around the hotel, the bar was well stocked and we were able to eat dinner and breakfast at whatever time we wanted. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Great Posada in quiet small village
Small, quiet village. No other guests - really great service from the manager. Restaurant not open, but we were served an individual meal in the living room. Great value.

Suitable to rest from a long driving journey
Nice place if you need to stop for a good night rest. Isolated in a small village, no shops or restaurants open during the week time, but the gentleman in charge has kindly prepare some fabulous tapas for us!

La situación del hotel es buena, en general me ha parecido normalito, la limpieza perfecta, el tamaño de la habitación pequeño así como la tele que desde la cama no se veía bien. Lo que menos me gustó fue el desayuno porque era escaso y poco natural, los croisanes empaquetados y el zumo de naranja envasado. Mi marido dijo que era celiaco y no le dieron ninguna alternativa, tan solo le sacaron un café.

De passage en Castille,nous avons réellement apprécié notre séjour dans un décor et une qualité des agencements de très bon niveau. Seul petit reproche, un petit déjeuner qui pourrait être plus copieux.
