Welcome to AELIA seafront house , just a few steps away from the sea in Kokkini Hani in Heraklion town. This unique residence features a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom. There is also a large veranda out front to the sea. The spacious living room features an L-shaped sofa, rocking chair and flatscreen TV as well as a dining area for 6-8 people. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen separated by a counter and shelf-wall features, amongst others, a stove, fridge and coffee machine. AELIA has 2 bedrooms: the first with a double bed, desk, chairs and furnishings - all of rattan; the other with 2 single beds. Both rooms offer ample closet storage space. The large outdoor wrap-around veranda features a big dining table and chairs Further amenities include A/C throughout the property, sunbeds and proximity to the beach. Beach towels are also provided. Please note the property owners have access to a small cottage on the far end of the backside garden of the premises in order to come tend the garden and sometimes relax on weekends. It does not interfere with your privacy, especially considering you will be using the huge front veranda with dining table, sunbeds and the view out to the ocean.
