  • Located in the serene coastal area of Anisaras, just moments away from the vibrant heart of Hersonisos, Divel Inder Villa is part of the exclusive Divel Luxury Villas complex – two newly built luxury residences that blend contemporary design with refined comfort.

    This elegant villa, set over two floors, is the perfect escape for families, couples, or groups of friends seeking a private retreat with a touch of luxury and breathtaking sea views.

    Interior Spaces

    Designed with a philosophy of minimal elegance and equipped to the highest standards, Divel Inder Villa accommodates up to 8 guests in absolute comfort.

    Ground Floor
    An airy open-plan layout welcomes you with a stylish living area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a dining space bathed in natural light. A guest WC is available for convenience. On this floor, you’ll also find a luxurious ensuite bedroom with a double bed, providing direct access to the outdoor areas.

    Upper Floor
    The upper level hosts three beautifully appointed bedrooms:
    • Two double bedrooms with ensuite showers
    • One twin bedroom with two single beds, easily convertible into a queen-size bed
    A separate shower room complements this floor. All bedrooms share a spacious balcony, offering beautiful views of the Cretan Sea: the perfect place to unwind at sunset.

    Outdoor Living

    Step outside to discover a private haven designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The villa features a seasonal large swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi, surrounded by premium sun loungers for endless hours under the Cretan sun.

    To elevate your stay, the outdoor pool that measures 50sq.m., can be gently heated to a soothing 26°C, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment even in the cooler months (from March to mid-June and again in October and November). Pool heating is available during spring and autumn and must be reserved for the full duration of your stay, with at least 4 days’ notice prior to arrival. A supplement of €80 per day applies. Please note that heating is weather-dependent (will not operate during rainy conditions) ensuring the most enjoyable swimming experience. A pool cover is not available.

    A shaded dining area with a fully equipped BBQ and outdoor kitcen invites you to savor al fresco meals, while a landscaped Mediterranean garden adds to the tranquil ambiance.

We stayed at Divel Villas for two weeks in August 2026 and genuinely had the most incredible stay. The villa was absolutely immaculate and spotlessly clean, with cleaning and fresh bed linen every three days. So much thought has gone into providing everything you could possibly need – the beds were extremely comfortable, the showers amazing and the air conditioning in every room was brilliant in the August heat. Wifi was also extremely good.The outdoor space was magical. The pool was beautiful and crystal clear, the outdoor kitchen was so much fun and we loved the outside speaker system for music around the pool. The sunsets were absolutely incredible and some of our favourite evenings were simply spent at the villa cooking, swimming and watching the sun go down.It feels wonderfully private and peaceful, aside from occasionally seeing the friendly local men tending their allotments next door, which actually added to the charm!Papou’s Sunset Bar is a short walk away – a really friendly, local spot right by the sea for a drink or snack. We would recommend having a car for exploring the surrounding area.Most importantly, our host was absolutely fantastic – incredibly welcoming, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. You can tell how much care has gone into making sure guests have everything they need.A truly magical place where we made some very special family memories. We would return in a heartbeat.
