Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, master with double bed and another with two single beds, each with individual air conditioning, ventilation, safes, two wardrobes, down duvet, pure cotten linen, cotton quilt and an extra shared wardrobe with a washing machine.
Bathroom: Features a double sink for added convenience, blow dryer and bathroom amenities.

Kitchen & Living Room: Kitchen with an island flows seamlessly into a chic living room and a WC. Fully equipped with 75 inches TV, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machines etc.
Outdoor Space: Step outside to a 30 sq.m pool and a 50 sq.m courtyard, a mixed surface of hybrid turf grass and natural marbles perfect for relaxation and sunbathing. Bath towels as well as beach towels and umbrella are provided. The villa patio has adequate sea view.

Roof Terrace: Equipped with a seating area, BBQ setup, sea view (front) and mountain view (back).
Private Lift: All floors are interlinked with a private lift.
