Property was awesome- the view was spectacular! On a clear day could see the Mackinaw Bridge on the horizon. Also saw a lot of wildlife- geese, ducks, loons and eagles to name a few. Worked out perfect for our family!

It's a perfect home for your family! Even better than the pictures show. Beautiful view...can see the bridge too! Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We were able to bring our dog, and she loved it too. Easy to get around the area. Liked being in a quiet peaceful setting, yet close to attractions. Bring bug spray if you are coming during mosquito season, as they were out and biting. The midges were there too, but not bad. Came and went. Loved seeing the family pictures on the walls. Felt like we were hanging with their family too. Very cute place, you won't be disappointed!

Get away

We had a wonderful vacation..the cabin was clean and the view was amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wanted a quiet getaway.

This was the such an amazing place to stay. The patio looking out onto Lake Huron was everyone's favorite. Looking forward to a future stay!

The house right on the shores of Lake Huron worked great for our family of 5. The weather was raining and foggy and the views were still good. Location was great to able to explore Mackinac Island and Sault Ste Marie. Would absolutely stay again.

Exceeded our expectations; the photos did not really convey how wonderful this property was! Well stocked, well maintained, easy checkout, stunning view. We have no negative comments to make regarding our stay. We loved it and would gladly stay here again!

From the moment you walk in, you are transcended into another world, nautical essence meets cabin charm. The scent is fresh and oh so welcoming. The view is AMAZING - absolutely breath taking. Plenty of room for everyone. The coffee pot could use a plastic reusable strainer and need more ice cube trays. Other than that this place has everything you could need. Bring your own kleenex and insect spray. We were there during midge season and they were terrible -so no campfire or eating outside. They don't bite, just annoying - a relative of the mosquito.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

What a perfect location to stay for my daughter-in-law's first ever trip to Mackinac Island! Loved the view, the location, and the peaceful mornings with coffee, a book and the lake to start your day! We cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful place!

We loved the house and the spectacular view! There was everything we needed and we were warm and comfortable. The location was perfect too! Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for sharing this lovely place .
