Heated Saltwater Pool – The highlight of this property is the private saltwater pool overlooking a quiet cove of Lake Chatuge.

During the months of March – October, the saltwater pool stays comfortably heated between 80–85°F. Lounge poolside, watch the sunset over Brasstown Bald, or relax in the peaceful mountain air.

In winter months (November – Feb) The pool is closed for the season.

Spacious Living – High ceilings, a stone fireplace decor, and oversized windows frame breathtaking mountain and lake views. A 75” Smart TV makes movie nights or big game days extra special.

Fully Equipped Kitchen – Featuring modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals - from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners.

Comfortable Bedrooms – The master suite includes a plush king bed, while additional bedrooms offer a mix of king and queen options, all with soft linens and extra pillows.

Deck & Entertainment – Host dinners outdoors, sip your morning coffee with mountain views, or enjoy stargazing in the evenings near the bonfire.

Lake Access & Fishing Dock – Swim, fish, or launch a kayak right from your private dock. Lake Chatuge’s clear waters are ideal for boating, fishing, and water sports.

TVA Fishing & Sporting Game – One of the most unique features of this property is direct access to TVA-managed fishing and game areas. During season, guests can step straight from the property into prime spots (permits and adherence to TVA regulations required).

Hiking & Trails – Explore scenic trails nearby, from easy nature walks to challenging mountain hikes, including trails around Brasstown Bald (the highest peak in Georgia).

Local Attractions – Discover charming downtown Hiawassee, browse unique shops, enjoy local dining, or tour nearby wineries and breweries.

A trout stream forms seasonally (Oct–Mar) as TVA water levels recede, creating a beautiful natural backdrop right on the property.

Other Things to Note:

Between October to March The Lake Cove Water Levels recede as part of the TVA flood management process. What emerges in the back of the property is a beautiful trout stream fed from the Fodder Creek into Lake Chatuge!

Pool Notice: Heated to 80–85°F in the months March - October. In the months of November - February the pool is closed for the season.

This place is amazing! If you book here you will not be disappointed. My adult son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for his birthday. Clean, excellent amenities, gorgeous view, crystal clear swimming pool, beautiful home! The host is very easy to work with and get in touch with; always replies. I’ve rented several homes in Hiawassee and this one is by far the best. I’ll be back next year for sure!!
