“We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and included all we needed to make meals other than the food. Bed was comfortable and the couch in the front room was comfortable to sit and watch tv. The only thing I didn’t like was the steep hill—we walked to a concert .3 mile away and the hill was brutal for a couple in our 70s. But we survived! If we go again, we’ll drive to the front parking lot, then walk to the concert. ”

“The manager Chris gave us a great deal and he was very helpful and pleasant but the properly in itself needs a lot of improvement and I understand they are under new management and changes may be happening. The beds/pillows are good. The cleaning of the room was poor and the faucets are rusted and maybe even moldy. I do see potential in this hotel. Some updates will definitely make it better but the pricing was EXCELLENT. ”

“If you are one of those people looking for the Grand Hyatt this is not your stop. Look it’s an older hotel and shows some age with the exterior and the interior. Couple cigarette burns in the furniture. But the rooms were super clean, the water was hot, and the shower had lots of pressure. Second time my wife and I have stayed here in last 2 years. “I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful.
