“The stay was excellent! We started off rocky, the AC in our room went out and at 9pm the front desk clerk came to the rescue! She had the maintenance man out in 20mins and he was amazing he swapped out that unit in 15 mins and we were back in business!! The staff was amazing and the room was clean. Breakfast was delicious overall amazing experience.”

“Upon arrival, the desk clerk made a mistake with the payment method. We wanted to put the room on a different card but she seemed unsure how to do that and the payment ended up on the original card.
Upon checkout, a different desk clerk was able to fix that mistake and get the payment on the card we wanted.
The first clerk was quite apologetic, but it seemed that she was unsure of what she was doing. Perhaps more training is needed.
Everything else was fine.”
