“Wonderful location and excellent service! My one suggestion would be to offer larger sizes in the yukatas to be more inclusive. Also check the consistency - I asked for the largest size on the first day and it was perfect, the next day they changed it to a smaller size when the room was cleaned, and when I requested the largest size again it was much smaller. I thought it was mis-labeled, but the next one was a little bigger although not entirely comfortable. So they vary a lot in actual size.”

“My partner and I are experienced travelers, but unfortunately, we found this hotel to be quite disappointing considering its price. Here’s why: • Our room wasn’t cleaned when we returned at 5 pm. Surprisingly, the reception staff claimed that we had declined cleaning for environmental reasons, even though no one asked us during check-in.
