“Woke up in the morning with water leaking through the ceiling, flooding my room and making it unusable. I notified the front desk person and asked for a rebate on the price I paid for the room, but they refused and offered no other useful redress. Also, the included breakfast was probably the worst I have ever seen in my life. Overall, an absolutely dismal experience. These people don't care about their guests. Avoid.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful weekend getaway! The cottage was impeccably clean and cozy. It was perfectly appointed with modern amenities, yet it still retained its classic coastal charm. Waking up to breathtaking views of the water right from our room was the highlight of the trip. The innkeepers were incredibly accommodating. A huge bonus for us was the kayaks on the property. The availability of clean lifejackets was a plus. We can’t wait to go back and relax.”

“The property was in the process of being updated there was minimal disruption in our stay. A few annoying things, the ice machine did not work and the room cards had to be reprogrammed a few times..the painters and workers were very courteous and helpful.. we stay here often during the year .”

“Hotellet var ok, ligger lite off om man vill gå till hamnen i Mystic. Det krävs bil eller väldigt bekväma skor och 1 timmars promenad. Rummet var stort och bra. Besvikelsen kom när vi skulle lägga oss och tog bort överkastet. Sängen hade bara ett skrynkligt underlakan. När vi påpekade detta fick vi till svar att det var bäddat och att de tvättar överkastet varje dag. Inte sant och även om så bäddar man sängen med lakan absolut inte med bara ett överkast. Jag har bott på hotell flera hundra...

“No hair dryer. 99% of the receptacles need to be replace as they are vary loose. Lost power to refrigerator numerous times. No hangers in the room. Will not book there again.”

“This was a mom & kids trip to explore mystic. We had a fabulous time! The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the aquarium & the old mystic village. If you’re traveling without kids & want to stay in a more beachy part of town I’d recommend staying over the drawbridge area. Either way this hotel was very kid friendly, the pool area is nice & not like most hotels. I’d definitely come back.”
