“Stayed 14 nights. First morning there was a guy across the street with a jackhammer going off at 6am. Next night kids at hotel were setting off fireworks at 11p. 2 days later the fire alarm went off at 8am, had to evacuate the room. Most nights there were lots of kids running thru the hotel. You could hear their room’s door slam shut. Often. Morning #13 the fire alarm went off again. Had to evacuate again. Breakfast was very mediocre at best.”

Patio area with fire pit was a great space for us hang out, eat and let the kids have more space to move about. Close to everything! Overall, a great stay and would recommend to others for a nice, quick stay in Lancaster.”

“The stay was awesome. Our room was musky-smelling but the beds were comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaned better before we arrived but it was well stocked. The hot tub was a definite perk of this hotel and the kids loved that the pool was open until 10:30. Breakfast was amazing and there were so many options. “I stayed 3 nights. I had to calm and request wash clothes for the bathroom as there were none in the room at time of arrival. The next morning I left around 10:00 am and came back late and found my room hadn’t been cleaned/made up, not a huge deal but I had to request coffee for the next morning. The next day I again had to request coffee as it had not been restocked and from what I remember I only had my room visited by the made once during my stay and I did not put the “enjoying the room”...
