Rooms may need some updating but as long as you are after a good location and facilities rather than a modern room, this is the right place :) a lot to do for families as well as couples and reasonable restaurant prices.”

“This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong.
Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. It is absolutely stunning and in 100% spotless condition. it had 4 stunning saunas and a pool both inside and outside.

We took half-board, and for us, that was a mistake because the dinner at the hotel was not tasty for us. Additionally, please note that breakfast also ends relatively early, at 9:00 AM.”
“Almost everything in the room is with wood furniture. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable with beautiful Mountain View. It’s also close to the train station with 10 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and speak good English. The bathroom is too dark.”

“Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). Die Appartements sind groß, gut ausgesrattet und teilweise mit Balkon; wenn auch so langsam der Zahn der Zeit an vielen Ecken der Einrichtung nagt. Apartment was nice with modern furniture, very clean with cool bathtub, there is balcony and equipped kitchen. We also tried breakfast in hotel Kukucka, which was nice. I would definitely come back! :)
