“This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong.
Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. It is absolutely stunning and in 100% spotless condition. it had 4 stunning saunas and a pool both inside and outside.

“Charming hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room, amazing breakfast. We got a room towards the street (the hotel is located on Zakopane's main walking street) and of course there is noise when the street is busy. However it's a lively atmosphere and the sound died out by around 22:00. We tried the sauna and pool (you have a view of the mountains). Only downside: the wi-fi does not reach all rooms, so you have to go down to the lobby. Nevertheless, we loved our stay and would definitely come...

Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico

“Almost everything in the room is with wood furniture. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable with beautiful Mountain View. It’s also close to the train station with 10 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and speak good English. The bathroom is too dark.”
“We had a pleasant stay, used spa, played bowling, enjoyed nice breakfast. Views are stunning! Rooms may need some updating but as long as you are after a good location and facilities rather than a modern room, this is the right place :) a lot to do for families as well as couples and reasonable restaurant prices.”

"Amazing facilities for families, kids club 10/10 and gym also top notch! Pool offered amazing views. Restaurant in ground floor good but very pricy. Paid 190 EUR for a dinner including be wine for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Only minus was that the over all feel outside is very dated. And family rooms very small and not suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. "
"Måste vara ett av de absolut bästa hotellen i staden. Fina rum och bra service som andas klass! Trevligt spa som ingår i priset! Frukosten var fantastisk på helgen och nästan lika bra på vardagar. Restaurangen är också väl värd ett besök med flera spännande rätter. De har även en mycket professionell hotelledning som löste ett problem på ett föredömligt sätt. Här bor vi gärna igen! Rekommenderas starkt! "
