“A great hotel for our family stay. We really enjoyed the pool. The only down side was that the breakfast only had a few choices, but everyone in the family at least found one thing they liked. We could stay here again. The downsides with the hotel was that the room lacked shampo and shower gel, we had to ask in the reception for that. And that the breakfast was served on plastic one time use things, it’s not sustainable to keep doing that for a big chain like Hilton. ”

“The room was clean, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The location is especially convenient for truckers or anyone needing a quick overnight stop. The rooms have been partially updated with new flooring and a more modern look, but the walls still need some attention, which made the updates feel a bit incomplete. “The front desk employee was very helpful, professional and pleasant. She was very friendly and greeted all of the hotel guests in a pleasant manner. She is a great asset to your organization.”

“The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there were no cups in the room for coffee, yet there was a coffee machine and lids for cups. I called down to the front desk and was told they don't supply cups in the room and if I wanted a cup I had to go down to the coffee bar to get one. My tv didn't work in my room. It had sound but no picture. The girl at the front said she was the only one on staff and couldn't leave the front desk so there was nothing she could do to help. I did...

“Needs updating. Breakfast area was messy. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower worked nicely but definitely needs an update on furniture in living room area. Chair looked like it was dirty n cat scratched. Ehhh Reception personnel was very nice. Good for a 1 night stay n close to route 80.”
