“This is not a serious hotel. Seem to make it into a business to scam people based on not complying with the fine print (which is really hard to find when booking). We had a flight the next day but our boarding pass was standby so they didn't allow us to stay or get a refund. Seems to be their way of business judging by many other reviews. Don't give them your money.”

The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use. And theybused the 2 rolls of paper thatbwe had. - The floors were not super clean. ”
