“This hotel wasn't the nicest hotel we stayed at, but would stay at again. It was clean but definitely not the most up-to-date hotel. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only real complaint I have would be that the hot tub had so much chlorine in it, that we couldn't even sit in it because it burned our eyes so bad.”

“Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!”

“Not a great stay but would give them another try. Close to a museum so ask for the 4th floor to avoid the children stomping, rolling chairs and running back and forth above you. Out of their control but they had a large water leak. Water in entire hotel had to be turned off, pool was out of order for part of our stay and there was a huge leak in the middle of the lobby. No bathrooms, no pool and no water was no good! Breakfast was 5/10 but close to 9am they stopped restocking food items- even...

“There were no amenities other than 1 makeup remover package, no shower caps, qtips packages. Very minimal and we paid for a suite, not just a regular room. Rm 223 tub needs a handicap grab bar on back wall. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Location was very good for our trip and near the highway. Free WiFi and free parking are excellent.”

“The elevators to the rooms are oddly distant from the lobby. Our room was clean, but was missing some basic supplies such as tissue and coffee for the Keurig machine. Overall, it served its purpose for us (a quite overnight sleep) but was not overly impressive.”

“Spacious and clean rooms with coffe/tea possibilities and refrigerator available in the room. Coffe/tea available also at the reception 24-hours. Area very nice to stay, close to both restaurants and shopping.”
