“Nice hotel. Well taken care of, good location, easy parking, good staff at the front desk and at breakfast.”

“It dont believe any of the rooms dont stink of smoke. Curtain fell off. Window wouldnt open. Generally old ane decrepit.”

“I booked the room for the entire weekend. I checked in around 8pm and left at 4am that morning. I woke up to the ceiling leaking onto the bed. I called the front desk and then went down to only be told they were sold out and had nowhere to put me. I drove home and they have not responded about a refund for the other night that was booked. I have stayed here off and on for 15 months while I’ve been in town for work. I will never stay here again.”

The room was nice, no carpet, pet friendly. but needs to be cleaned better and we were there 3 days and not once was the elevator mopped. no parking up front but they back doors wont let you in so that's inconvenient .”

“The hotel was good, but some of the amenities were lacking, example: your room has a full kitchen but they only give you one trash bag, one packet of dish soap. Other than that the hotel, the room was clean, the staff were nice and helpful.”

“Since it's a large corporate property my expectation was that it would be similar to other properties that stayed. However it was quite surprising to see some type of soil stain on the bedspread, and the tiles in the bathroom coming up from the floor. But the next morning when it was time to take a shower, I was surprised to see that the shower head was not mounted to the wall just hanging like a hand shower. There was no place to put in to take a shower so I had to hold on to it the whole time....

“When I booked this property I read the reviews and they were terrible. But the room was fine. Plumbing could use some work, but the the bed was soft warm and dry, and the shower hot and wet. No mold or dust bunnies in sight. Staff was great. TV and wifi worked. But no breakfast even through there is a restaurant. Parking looked easy and safe. But I suspect this conference center was built when Aurora had better prospects and is now a money loser for the owners. My brother says the food...

“Perfekt för oss att övernatta en natt på. Finns pool men på skuggigt läge. Bra med tvättmaskiner. Nära, ca 3 minuter till Kirtland tempel. Pizzarior och McDonalds finns nära.”
