“Maybe my expectations were too high. I usually book through the other one—both as a guest and a host—so I’m used to a certain level of basic amenities. I booked this stay through here and assumed it would be similar, but the house fell short in several simple areas: only one bathroom had hand soap (and it was a pump), there was no bath soap at all, no coffee, creamer, or sugar, and not even a box of Kleenex.

“One of the only trips I’ve ever taken where I wish I would have spent more time at the accommodation than out and about. Really cozy yet spacious lodge with a lot of character. Thrilled with our booking and hope to come back soon!”

“The owner and help were really friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and there were several unexpected amenities. Like I loved the lavender mister.
The breakfast was very nice and is served out in the patio overlooking the area that's used for weddings.
The only ding I would give them is when we couldn't make breakfast our first morning there was meager options. All were full of sugar. I'd like to see some healthier options”
