âWe loved this little cottage out in the Sticks or as we say "The Twillies". It was comfortable and cute. Make sure you know there is no wifi within the cabin. It is a good ways outside of Inverness but close to the Rogie fall and the Singleton (Muir of Ord) distillery. Super fun and quiet! Bigfoot did not find us here! Beautiful scenery around the cabin.â

âThis is a great wee place to stay if you are stopping off or looking for some cheap and quick. The staff were amazing and super helpful. And offer use of the kitchen if I wanted to make some food. Honestly amazing! Also offered to make up a wee bag for breakfast as I was leaving early! I managed to get something before I left. Only thing Iâll say, the room could do a with a little TLC, the shower doors donât close properly, the door handle is loose and the curtains need fixed slightly, but...
âI picked this place as I enjoy having cooking facilities with accommodation and when having an early start for work means I can make breakfast still. Nice bedroom/relaxation area. Only slight downside is the shower head slider pole thing kept slipping and spinning round but bathroom was nice too otherwise.â

"Donât check in here unless youâre ready to deal with arrogance and zero accountability. Our first room had no heating â radiators didnât work. Things break, fair enough, but the way we were treated by Cathlynn at reception was unacceptable.
At 7:30 PM we reported it. By 9:30 PM, still nothing had been done. We were handed a shabby blanket and a small heater. At 11 PM we were downgraded to a smaller, warmer room.
Next morning we were promised a 30% refund and an upgrade for our last night. What we got was the same category we originally booked â not an upgrade. Worse, the room hadnât been cleaned: used coffee cups, wet towels, unmade bed â and our luggage was already moved in.
Again, met with ânot my faultâ attitudes. I repeatedly asked to speak to the manager â apparently never there, even though we saw him during breakfast.
Hotels.com was no help either. Claimed they couldnât reach the hotel â I called myself and got through instantly. Staff kept apologizing but never followed up as promised.
This hotel needs someone responsible at the wheel. Until then, stay elsewhere."
