“The front desk attendee, Billy, was super at answer all my questions and concerns upon check-in, which was truly appreciative. He went out of his way to address my concerns of the property.
Having the Denny’s Diner (open 24hrs) right across the street was a huge plus! It literally was across the parking lot. I went to the hotel’s free breakfast and felt it could have been a bit more but more but not holding that against them.”

“Breakfast was pretty good as usual. The room was adequate.
We didn’t find out til we arrived that the pool and hot tub were closed for construction. (It was quite a mess and the hotel was full of construction workers and equipment). We wouldn’t have booked this hotel had we known that. We did get to use a nearby hotel’s pool, which was nice, but had to drive there.
We also didn’t realize they don’t clean rooms during your stay so had to ask for towels, shower gel and toilet paper. ”

“Quickest check in I’ve ever had. The room was very clean. The only thing I would improve if possible is the bed. It was definitely not comfortable as it seemed like the mattress was really old. Would definitely stay again if it was only for one night because any longer the bed would be a problem. ”

“The hotel is situated in a beautiful location with stunning views; however, my overall experience was impacted by the level of service. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but my room was not available until 3:40 PM. When I inquired about the possibility of receiving a drink voucher due to the delay, the manager, Jasmine, responded in a manner I found to be discourteous. She stated that she had done her best to have the room ready on time and explained that the delay was due to guests checking...
