“We stayed two nights at Waterfront Lodge, the first night in a tent and the second night in a Riverside room. So this is a summary of the night in the Riverside room, where we stayed in a luxurious riverside room - with sofas 3 meters from the Zambezi river shore. For an Scandinavian - this is so exotic! “While the room was clean but if you want a place infested with ants and cockroaches and no water, unhelpful staff - this is the place! We were met with an infestation of ants. And not a couple. Millions and millions of ants. The staff blatantly refused to give us a new room stating they had treated the room but the ants returned. There were several cockroaches roaming around the room. They continuously turned off the water and had to call them to turn it on to use the shower and toilet. There...
