“I love the charm and history of the Queensberry. Walkable to many shops and restaurants in a quaint downtown. The staff is great and the on-site restaurants are amazing as well.”

“This was a clean place and the staff was extremely helpful. I was unable to check in before check in time was closed and they accommodated me to allow my boyfriend to be the one to come check in instead of me.”

“The only complaints were while staying in the 3rd floor, there were a lot of people violating the no smoking policy. It was so much so we had to tell the front desk and the subsequently put notices of the policy under everyone’s door. Also, the second night, our room was not cleaned and the bed was not made up. They said that they were short staffed and did not have anyone to do it. Otherwise, the location was absolutely amazing in proximity to Lake George, Saratoga springs and Glenns Falls....

“Dyrt för vad man får, dålig frukost och allt på plast tallrikar och plast bestick. Irriterande med holdingavgift som tar flera dagar innan man går tillbaka. Hotellet har det nödvändiga men för det priset förväntar jag mig en resturang, pub och fräsch frukost ”

“The foyer or entry way was so dusty. All the furniture was ripped or had things carved in them. The room carpet was disgusting. The room walls had stuff on them. Drawings etc...I had stayed here when my kids were younger. It has not aged well. Very disappointing. The Waterpark had no towels for over an hour. One of tje larger female life guards was very rude and infringing on our space. There were plenty of chairs The gift shop attendant was very nice. Front desk was very nice. The arcade was...

“Very comfortable room! Easy to drive within village ”

“I expected a separate room since it was a suite, but it was very large and worked well. We had a small dog and we were close to the stairs which worked out great.”

“The rooms were clean, shower had good pressure. It rained almost our entire stay but we were able to enjoy the pit one night. Too cold for the pool but it was heated. There was no restaurant/bar on site as advertised so I would suggest removing that. Also having the office open before 8 am to get coffee would have been nice. Mija was very nice and wiped the chairs off for us to enjoy the fire pit. Great place to stare at the sky and catch a shooting star. Will return.”
