Your cozy getaway awaits in Hill City at this wonderful bungalow. This is an adult only property kids over 14 welcome. With 2 queen beds in the 2 bedrooms. Loft bedroom is a low ceiling and good for agile adults or young adults over 14. There is also a sofa sleeper on the main floor. This charming retreat is perfect for two couples or parents with young adult children. The bathroom is equipped with a full size shower and a hair dryer for your convenience. The property also offers amenities such as full kitchen, AC, WiFi, apartment size washer and dryer. Enjoy the night time sky, star gazing in the hot tub or on the outdoor sitting area. Week Get Away

We enjoyed our week in the hills! Location was perfect. Close to town while still outside of town. Everything about the cabin was just perfect. Jim was amazing to work with! Would absolutely recommend this cabin.

Location perfection

The location of this tiny home is perfect, close to town, and yet close to Custer & Mt.Rushmore. Everything you need is there, my son (14) loved sleeping in the loft. Plenty spacious for 3 of us. Hot tub and outside porch looked inviting but was raining when we were at the house! Great communication from the owner and would definitely recommend

Wonderful experience

Host checked us in and was very helpful. Very clean and had everything we needed! Hill city was the perfect place to stay to maximize our time in the Black Hills and see as much as possible. Definitely recommend this property!

Amazing refresh!

We were blown away by the amount of small details on this property! The fresh air and hottub under the stars was just what we needed! The interior is beautifully decorated and clean the appliances were top notch, everything was labeled clearly and easy to find. They provided coffee creamer sugar, soap towels, granola bars, pop tarts, a candy dish. It was really lovely and we will be staying again!

We stayed for 5 nights between Christmas and New Year’s. We used the bungalow as our base for seeing the regional attractions. It was perfect in every way! Cleanliness, convenience, privacy, comfort, and location. If we’re ever this way again, I’d definitely re-book!
